Maryland Transportation Authority

The Maryland Transportation Authority has advertised a series of contracts to construct the I-95 Express Toll Lanes (ETLs) Project. Construction is proceeding with interim improvements to construct “thru” express toll lanes. These interim improvements will require approximately five years to complete. Two additional contracts will be advertised early in 2011. A summary of contracts that have been advertised and those to be advertised as of January 1, 2010 are listed below.
