Rossville Boulevard Bridge Replacement
The Maryland Transportation Authority completed the replacement of the Rossville Boulevard Bridge over I-95. This new bridge has a longer span, which allows for the addition of Express Toll Lanes (ETLs) along mainline I-95, and is wider to accommodate local vehicular and pedestrian traffic on Rossville Boulevard. Bridge Highlights
The new Rossville Boulevard Bridge is very beneficial to area residents, students and businesses. The bridge features:
Two lanes in each direction instead of one. A new center turn lane. Sidewalks and a bike path. A span of 374 feet, 148 feet longer than the former bridge. Improved access to Essex Community College.
